Who is he?
Woodrow is the head of Invection Pharmaceuticals, played by Matthew Del Negro. His company stands to profit from an experimental drug called Tranqlara.
What he does
Woodrow works with Lawrence Cole, the leader of Echo Canyon Farm. Together they run an underground lab beneath the farm, testing the drug on vulnerable people in trials built around their worst memories.
Neagley catches up with him
In episode 5, Neagley sedates Woodrow in a parking lot and kidnaps him to get answers about the conspiracy.
Who's above him
In episode 7 the team traces the money to Arvid Rawlings, a wealthy Scandinavian businessman. Rawlings turns out to be Woodrow's boss, and he shoots Woodrow dead.
