- "L Train": Tommy Crane strips on Chicago's elevated tracks and walks into an oncoming train. Police lean toward an accident, but he left behind a message only Neagley understands. She digs in with local detective Hudson Riley and traces Tommy to Echo Canyon Farm.
- "Team Building Exercises": The case widens. Keno goes undercover at the farm, and hired killers start targeting Neagley and Riley.
- "Hammer Time": Neagley learns that Lawrence Cole, who runs Echo Canyon, ordered Tommy's murder. A sniper ambush gives her the biggest break of the case so far, and local police start trying to sideline her.
- "Breaking & Entering": Neagley breaks into a deputy chief's house and finds he bought $800,000 of stock in a drug company. We see Woodrow and Cole testing the drug on people in an underground lab. Killers get into Neagley's home, kill her boss York and lace her milk with the drug. She drinks it.
- "Trip": The drug sends Neagley into a suppressed memory of her father killing a man. The team learns Echo Canyon sits on top of an underground silo built in 1965. Neagley sedates and kidnaps drug company CEO Pierce Woodrow.
- "Rocked": Neagley and Riley grow closer. At Echo Canyon, Cole publicly punishes a woman named Judith, while Keno goes into the silo to rescue Mandy and finds she has sided with Cole. Neagley works out who the man from her childhood bookmobile memory was.
- "Lebron's No Jordan": Neagley confronts her father, Calvin, about Elliot Percy, and he has a heart attack. The team traces the money to Arvid Rawlings, who shoots Woodrow. Riley destroys evidence for his jailed father and kills a cop, Murphy, who catches him. Keno is tortured at the farm, and Neagley tells the team to gear up.
- "Touched": The team raids Echo Canyon and rescues Keno. Neagley doses Rawlings with the drug, and he stumbles into traffic. Cole appears to die when the silo is destroyed. Calvin dies, leaving Neagley a letter, and Reacher shows up at his funeral. Neagley buys her boss's firm and starts therapy.
